职位描述：
1.负责制定公司人力资源整体战略规划。
2.负责制定和完善公司人力资源规划、薪酬、绩效、招聘、培训及人事管理制度。
3.监督下属各部门人力资源模块方面的工作，有效规避风险。
4.负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编工作，提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案，对公司组织设计提出改进方案。
5.招聘优秀管理团队，实施人才发展储备计划。
6.组织推动公司企业文化建设，
7.主导第三方验厂；
9.公司行政以及后勤事务管理。

任职资格
1、人力资源相关专业本科毕业，从事人力资源5年以上；
2、熟悉员工入职、离职、社会保险；
3、熟练操作计算机，熟练使用各种办公软件；
4、熟悉各类招聘渠道及招聘流程，掌握较好的面试技巧；
5、具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和时间管理能力及亲和力；
6、具备良好的学习能力。
