Responsibilities :
Office Administration:
1. Responsible for receiving visitors and provide guidance.
2. Responsible for incoming calls and record messages.
3. Responsible for receiving and sending faxes, letters, parcels and express.
4. Responsible for keeping the express record and implement the payment according to the company's process.
5. Responsible for the management of office supplies procurement, distribution, supplement, including fax machines, printers, photocopiers for consumables and copy paper.
6. Responsible for purchasing drinking water, including coffee, coffee mate, sugar, tea, beverage and mineral water.
7. Responsible for daily management and payment of plant in the office area.
8. Responsible for printing business cards, envelopes, letterheads and payment.
9. Responsible for booking airline tickets and hotel.
10. Responsible for updating the internal staff telephone list.
11. Set up administrative supplier’s archive and regularly updated information.
PS Administration:
1. Responsible for policy interpretation for the staff benefits and commercial insurance reimbursement for employees.
2. Responsible for staff attendance record and data management.
3. Weekly, monthly to provide the working hour reports, to the relevant department manager to assist the department manager achieving the COC standard.
4. Assist the PS specialist to collect candidate’s CVs and perform the first screening interview.
5. New employee check-in management:
(1) Orientation Training: Introduction of the company, organization, interpretation of policies/procedure of salary and benefit.
(2) Signing working contract and perform check-in formalities.
6. Employee exit Interview: the reasons for leaving the interview and check-out formalities.
Company Business License Management:
(1) Establish the company's license file, and set up the yearly working diary.
(2) Assist the PS specialist to handle the change of business license.
(3) To help foreign employees to proceed the working permits and residence permits.
Function Requirements:
Education: College education, human resources or related majors
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in foreign company
Skills:
? Strong communication skills in speaking
? Good teamwork and team spirit
? Work patient and meticulous, proactive
? Rich practice experience and good ability to analysis settlement problem
? Basic skills of computer
