? To support P&G devices business for new initiatives as well as cost savings.
? Be responsible for mold concept development, specification, mold design, DFM, mold manufacture, leading of mold and molding system development.
? Provide technical innovation of tooling/molding in advanced manufacture, material, and molding system design.
? Be responsible for injection molding process development and control.
任职要求：
? Bachelor Degree major in Polymer Engineering, Molding & Forming or Mechanical Engineering;
? Project management and problem solving skills, technical root cause analysis skills;
? Strong communication skills. Documentation and presentation of project work. Collaboration and communication ability across different functions, geographies and cultures. Ability to build effective and positive working relationships with multifunctional teams;
? Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing project challenges and needs at same time;
? Fluent in English and Mandarin;
? Capability in mold design, molding system specification, steel manufacture (CNC, EDM, WC, Laser tech) and experience in tooling production / molding production are preferred
