Job Title: C&B Specialist
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and implement competitive compensation and benefit policies and programs that attract and retain key talent and general workforce; supports company growth and objectives.
· Build up and maintain a streamline process and operation of compensation and benefit system.
· Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analyze, market benchmarking etc. to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages.
· Prepares and controls overall annual Compensation and Benefits budgets; - Support VP of HR to build up competency model and make it merged and utilized into HR management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in HR management or relent.
· At least 5 years work experience as HR related roles in C&B Manager position.
· Solid knowledge in C&B, experienced in stock and option is preferred.
· Master Labor Law and related rules & regulations.
· Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
· Smart, mature, hardworking, proactive and good team player; - Strong communication, logic thinking and analysis skills.
