Job Description:

-Quote customer after inquiry received for both spare parts and service; 30%

向客户提供技术支持服务和机器备件的报价 （占30%）

-Make sales order after PO received; 20%

收到采购申请后制作销售订单（占20%）

-Make dummy invoice to customer 20%

为客户开具虚拟发票（占20%）

-Chase customer payment and all over due debt; 10%

跟进客户付款和过期账款（占10%）

-Record all business activity and lost order chasing, analyzing; 10%

记录所有业务动态和丢失订单追踪分析（占10%）

-Stock purchase for all stock shortage according to customer PO;10%

根据客户采购申请采购缺货库存（占10%）

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree or above, logistic administration major is a plus

学本科学历或以上，物流管理专业优先

-Good English in written, CET4 is required

良好的英语书写能力，需CET-4水平

-At least 3 years’ logistic management experiences in trading company

3年以上贸易公司物流管理相关经验

-Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力

-Good team spirit
