职位描述：
Responsible for the quality control at suppliers’ site and ensure the quality, the quantity of the materials/products and on-time delivery.
负责在供应商工厂的品质管控，确保材料/产品的质量、数量和按时交货。

1.Collaborate with Guangdong Logistic coordinator, build and execute inspection plan (weekly/monthly);
与公司在广东的物流协调员合作，建立并执行检验计划（周/月）；

2.Conduct quality check of the materials/products before the delivery according to the SIP at suppliers’ site;
在供应商工厂，在出货前根据标准检验流程完成对材料/产品的检验；

3.Complete quality information record statistics and preliminary analysis;
完成质量信息记录统计和初步分析；

4.Collaborate with SQE and Sourcing department to solve quality problems on some specific cases;
与公司的供应商质量工程师和采购部门协作，解决具体的质量问题；

5.Under the instruction of the quality department, make a summary and evaluation of the quality results of each supplier; follow up the supplier's quality management according to the company’s quality policy.
在公司的质量部门的指导下，定期对各供应商的质量结果做总结、评估；根据公司的质量方针跟进对供应商的质量管理。


Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
履行领导交办的其他要求、指导或分配的职责。

任职资格：
1.Technical school or above – Major in mechanical engineering or tooling;
机械等或模具专业中专（含）以上学历；

2.5 years or above experience in QE or QC management positions, with Solid knowledge of international quality standard for light sources and luminaires;
5年以上质量管理经验或品检部管理经验，有扎实的光源和灯具产品的国际质量标准的知识；

3.Familiar with quality sampling plan and mastering basic test technique is a must;
必须熟悉品质抽样计划，掌握基本检验手法；

4.Understand the different production processes and materials of lighting products; familiar to e-coating, injection, or stamping, or die-casting;
了解灯具产品各类零部件、物料及其生产工艺；熟悉注塑件、冲压件、压铸件、电镀等加工工艺；

5.Willing to travel, able to work at suppliers’ site for long period of time;
愿意出差，能够长期外派在供应商工厂工作；

6.Good at communication, coordination, analyzing problems and finding solutions;
良好的沟通能力、协调能力、问题分析和优化能力；

7.Rigorous, teamwork spirit, can work under pressure;
工作严谨，有良好的团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力；

8.Good at cooperate with suppliers, experience in QMS audit and familiar in quality audit system is a plus.
善于与供应商合作，有质量体系评审员资历者优先。

9.Understand written English, ability of listening and speaking in English is a plus.
