职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

1.Overall responsible for department operation, including direct shipment, pocket plant shipment, drop shipment, make sure all activities are in line with company policies.
2.Lead the team to achieve the agreed KPI, include but not limited to CSL, on time shipment rate, timely and accurate documents
3.Manage the team to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers
4.Control overall the spending, drive efficiency improvement, cost improvement
5.Review monthly statement, make sure the payment is timely and accurate.
6.Keep good relationship/cooperation with freight forwarder/carriers, master the change of sea and air freight in APAC markets.
7.Lead the team to issue monthly report, including but not limited to spending report, shipment allocation report, 3PL performance report, container utilization report… for further improvement.
8.Work closely with other team

Key Requirements:

1,Bachelors degree
2,10 or more year experience in Shipping in China;
3,Good interpersonal relationship, communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and with hands-on common PC application software. 举报 分享
