Job Description:
Is responsible of the Stamping tools industrialization success
- Is the window person between SNOP & Toolmakers
- Provides the Applicable Data / Drawing to Toolmaker in all phases (To be discussed for SNOP France flow).
- Ensures that experience feedbacks from previous similar process and/or design are taken into account.
- Consolidates planning provided by the toolmaker (consistency, load,…) from nomination until the end of the project.
- Alerts the project team in case of incompatibility with project milestones and/or in case of planning drift and builds the required action plan.
- Provides support to project team for Prototype flow (Prototype supplier nomination, prototype tools and parts management and follow-up).
- Ensures toolmaker respects the press CDC, tooling standards & quality documents.
- Follows SNOP internal procedures from Project nomination.
- Supports Project team in ECR quotation activity (Feasibility, cost and lead time).
- Participates with Project team to meetings with final Customer when required.
- Ensures technological and competitive watch.

? Phase 2 – Development
- Is involved in the Toolmaker nomination process with the support of his manager.
- Pursues with the support of his manager process and blank size optimizations (compared to CCRM)
- Works with toolmaker and project team to achieve product/process feasibility.
- Validates toolmaker process layout/design or is involved in the validation process by the technical team in Villepinte on a case by case basis depending on the tool level of complexity with the support of his manager.
- Ensures Toolmaker respects and takes into account Snop tooling design specific requests.
- Confirms Top Casting data and gives approval to the toolmaker to launch Casting (in line with approval received from project team)
- Confirms/checks feasibility of Top RO data and gives approval to the toolmaker to launch machining (in line with approval received from project team)

? Phase 3 - Realization
- Manages tools machining and Assembly follow-up and ensures through regular visits at toolmaker that these operations respect the required quality level.
- Prepares, participates and supports Project team during Customer visits at Toolmaker.
- Manages with the toolmaker and the project team parts geometrical convergence from 1st try-out to tool temporary buy-off.
- Prepares, participates and supports project team at each customer delivery milestone (quality, quantity and timing).
- Ensures the correct management by the toolmaker of the Raw Material (stock & consumption) and the C/F.
- Validates the tool temporary buy-off (static & dynamic) according to SNOP procedures.
- Manages with the toolmaker and the project team the tools transfer to SNOP plant.
- Manages during all phase 3 an action plan with the toolmaker in case of gaps compared to expectations.

? Phase 4 - Qualification
- Coordinates with toolmaker and SNOP industrialization team home line tryouts, the closure of remaining open issues in the objective of achieving tool final buy-off (static & dynamic).
- Prepares, participates with plant and projects teams to Customer visits in SNOP Plant.

? Phase 5 - Ramp-Up
- Supports plant tooling department on further process and blank size optimizations.

Request As:
>> Over 6 years’ experience on BIW stamping tooling simulation , Layout , design. (all of)
>> Knowing the tooling quote and cost breakdown.
>> Good experience on Manual & Transfer Tooling, also knowing Progressive tooling is plus.
>> Good skill on Auto Form, Catia/UG, and AutoCAD(all of).
>> Good skill on MS-office.
>> Tooling English can speak and write.
>> Good team worker in international teams.
