职位描述：
Our client is a US manfacturing company which is market leader in the specific market.

Responsibility:
1. Taking charge of company affairs regarding human resource and administrative management to improve the management system and integration of the team to improve management circulation and circle.
2. Human resource issues includes HR planning, recruiting, training, performance appraisal, development, benefit and compensation, handling the labor dispute, attendance check ,
3. Construction, revising of handbook and related regulations to accord with the growth of the company and monitoring all related operations comply with local labor law.
4. Be responsible for the establishing and optimizing the company culture to enhance the contributions from employees to the company, organizing all the activities in the company.
5. Administrative management includes contact with local authorities to arrange employees’ certificate, supervise factory safety regulation, factory and dorm. Decoration project, manage dormitories, cleaners, body securities, water supply and electricity power as well; office stuff planning, controlling.
6. Dept internal management, objective setting and review, train the people, disposal for the emergency.


Qualifications:
1. University graduated, major in human resource management or equivalent, age over 30 years old.
2. At least five years full experience in HR, and two years in management position.
3. Hands on experience in selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, training, employee relations and so on.
4. Practical experience in management of canteen, dorm, cleaning, safety, healthy.
5. Active, aggressive, independently, well-communicated skills for all levels.
6. Good command of English, both in oral and written, excellent PC skills are a must. 举报 分享
