Must have
1、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉以下至少一种开发语言：Java, C/C++；
3、能使用流利的英语；
4、思维严谨，工作目标明确；
5、具有较强的分析设计能力；
6、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，责任心强。
Better have
1、能熟练使用Servlet，JSP，Struts，Spring，Hibenate，Velocity ，并熟悉Tomcat和Apache优先；
2、熟练掌握以下数据库中致少一种优先: PostgreSQL，MySQL，Oracle；
3、熟悉WEB相关知识(如HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS等)优先；
