职位描述：
To support its expansion the group is now looking for a Customs Clearance Supervisor for its Shenzhen office.

Title: Customs Clearance Supervisor
Location: Shenzhen
Reporting Line: Reporting to Director of Intertraffic Group.

Responsibilities:
This position will involve interaction with Loading inspection team and customs clearance´s operation team in Mexico. Its responsibilities are as the administration of operations, follow-up of customs clearance documents, to elaborate the pre-pedimento, and coordination smooth information between Mexico and Asia team:
- Responsible for making clearance documents and data recording for import and export products;
- Sorting out clearance documents and transferring them timely and accurately to other departments;
- Reviewing documents of Clearance to ensure the customs clearance and inspection documents recorded correctly;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of clearance, cancelling and filling of custom clearance documents;
- Ensuring the accuracy of data recorded in the system so that other colleagues can track and query;
- Coordinating with other departments for various clearance documents information and To solve with accurately the problems occurred;
- Collecting the latest customs clearance information, and give feedback to superiors timely;
- Other tasks assigned by the superiors.

Skills:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, international trade or other related fields;
- SPANISH IS A MUST;
- Customs clearance and inspection related qualification certificates are preferred;
- Maritime clearance declaration experience is preferred;
- Can complete the production of clearance documents independently;
- Careful and patient;
- Knowledge of computer, familiar with MS office.
