Job Description

1. Help the project manager establish project plan, milestones and deliverables in consultation with PQ internal resource
2. Coordinate activities of project personnel at the Shenzhen plant to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
3. Proactively gather information on the procurement and manufacturing and rigorously monitor the performance the performance of the manufacturers/partners, conduct timely escalation in the event of qualitative shortfalls and problem in cooperation and where there are discrepancies, initiate timely suitable action plan.
4. Set up the connection point at Shenzhen Plant for tracking the progress and checking the quality of manufacturing
5. Be aware of the companies and your own obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations as well as the company's documented Quality Management system.
6. Hold regular project status meeting at Shenzhen plant and organize acceptance of milestone attainment and prepare necessary documents.
7. Be aware of PQ internal resource and be familiar with PQ bidding process and manufacturing process
8. Work in a team environment and seek active feedback
9. Comply with the company's policies and procedures

? Experience on electrical engineering
? Experience on managing power quality products
? Experience on bidding process of PQ business
