职位描述：
I. Primary Purpose
Quality Inspectors monitor manufacturing processes of products, engage with SP to work out Root Cause Analysis and action plan for all quality issues and provide supports to Service Providers for improving quality. Base on Coach’s quality standard, to inspect products and make judgment on FG inspection before shipment.

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Daily perform in-line inspection for monitoring procedure of products. Work on root cause analysis and action plan with SP for all quality issues are caught on lines. In the meanwhile, report it to manager.
2. Review samples and ES & CS reports as well as QLA to stress key points report to SP
3. Review pre-production trial and hold pre-production meeting with SP.
4. Approve Packing Instruction for all new styles and updated PI for flat packing.
5. Conduct FG audit based on Coach FG audit parameter
6. To follow up weak area which called out in walkthrough report and push SP to improve
7. Conduct IQC audit to audit factory IQC process.
8. Train factory QC and certified them as needs of production volume.
9. Random audit factory data inputs for FG inspection in Catsweb
10. Follow up Root Cause analysis and action plan for all returned defective shoes.

III. Dimensions
Quality Inspector report to Team leader or Manager, it depends on whether there is a team leader stays at same SP or not.
Follows Coach statistically-based-inspection procedures in order to approve goods for shipping, and reports to superior for any issues found.
Effective communicate with SP and manager for solving quality issues and reporting of inline inspections, root cause analysis, etc.
The job is often carried out under physically difficult conditions, requiring a high level of stamina

IV. Education & Experience Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English as well as local languages are essential.
Practical and technical knowledge of footwear or leather ware industry are essential.
Knowledge of AQL and quality control system are essential.

V. Key Competencies
Problem solving for unforeseen quality issues in production lines and at finish goods inspection is a routine part of this role.
Analysis & Decision making to acceptability of products due ship is a routine part of the role and must take account of Coach’s quality standards. 举报 分享
