职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
？Coordinate and organize Quarterly Product Safety Compliance audit testing both in the Asia and overseas (US & EU) for monitoring supplier and service provider compliance.
？Attains yearly certificates of compliance from all Suppliers; both service providers and raw material suppliers.
？Communicates and escalates as necessary about suppliers not complying with the company request for a yearly signed certificate of compliance.
？Coordinate / perform in-house XRF Screen Testing of raw materials and finished products. Write reports and distribute to concerned parties for further analytical testing by outside lab after review by supervisor.
？Facilitate outside Testing when necessary.
？File all Reports, Tested Retains, and Test Equipment Calibration records, Operation Manuals and Service / Warrantee agreements.
？Create and update all analysis reports and supporting documents and have them available for review and distribution as necessary.
？Coordinate, organize and perform Product Safety Compliance audit inspections in Asia mainly China region for monitoring supplier and service provider compliance.
？Enter and Maintain database of both testing and inspection audit information
？Assist Lab Team and business partners by providing information and guidance regarding Product Safety Compliance testing.

Education & Experience Requirements
-Ability to work well under pressure, independent and with an aggressive timeline is essential. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills are required.
-Must be highly organized and must possess a strong sense of urgency. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, e-mail) are a must.
- Prior experience in an audit company, chemical management, lab environment and basic familiarity with Lab testing and testing equipment preferred.
-Must Familiar with global RS requirement (such as CPSIA, CP65, REACh, GB, KC, etc.) 举报 分享
