职位描述：
JD
1. Prepare quality documents (QC plan, Test plan, Inspection instruction and inspection checklist, sign off sample) for sewing products (bags, luggage, webbing, fabric and other textile products)
2. Support project team for product spec (PS) on quality & process standard side
3. Quality requirements training for inspectors and can guiding for factory QA process,
4. Leading of new product development test follow up and Test failure improvement with team and factory
5. Factory QA process audit supporting and follow up improvement
6. Leading of product quality issue (customer complaint , production process issue, QC inspection issue) improvement together with team and factory.
7. Quality reporting as required from manager
JR
1. Strong sewing product quality management in textile and sewing products ((bags, luggage, webbing, fabric and other textile products).
2. Good command of Test regulations (CPSIA, Prop65, AATCC ,ASTM, EN71) on textile products, can deal with 3rd party labs for product physical and chemical tests
3. Strong quality engineering tools (flow chart, control plan, FMEA,SPC, CPK) and Proactive problem solving skills. Engineering background.
4. Familiar with QA process audit with good command of ISO9001 requirements.
5. Good communication and team player with project team and factory,
6. Good English skills for dealing with foreign customers with email is a must.
7. Can work under pressure and willing to travel outside of Dongguan 举报 分享
