职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Work with factory managers and functional heads to develop overall lean implementation plan in China;
? Drive lean implementation within China that significantly improves operations and business processes with measurable KPI. Participate in and influence each factory’s lean transformation initiatives throughout China;
? Work with factory managers to achieve goals in areas such as (but not limited to) plant layout, organization structure, rationalization, work flow, product launch, quality, safety, productivity;
? Coordinate activities of plant lean leaders to achieve short and long-term manufacturing goals;
? Support lean activities. Closely monitor lean performance and maturity scorecards and develop actions to address performance gaps and accelerate improvements;
? Develop and deliver lean training. Coach and mentor other managers/leaders in the lean principles and practices. Align other experts (LE, MBB, BB, GB, JD-QPS, CI coordinators and outside consultants etc.);
? Optimize production processes, lead and develop lean talents including hiring, career path development, and performance management, manage the department budget;
? Working country wide with factories to prioritize, align and leverage lean resources.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
? 10-15 years of lean experience;
? Consumer electronics, automotive, packaging and printing industries experience will be of priority;
? Ability to influence different level leaders as well as shop floor personnel on a daily basis;
? Demonstrated ability to manage successful projects from launch to completion;
? Must be results oriented with history of getting breakthrough results;
? Strong understanding of and ability to implement lean principles and tools such as Lean, Kaizen, automation, etc.;
? Demonstrated experience in strategic planning as well as tactical execution;
? Ability to initiate, lead, and sustain change, and drive process excellence;
? Strong interpersonal skills as a leader of multiple teams;
? Fluent oral and written English communications skills. 举报 分享
