职位描述：
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. In charge of purchasing for materials and sub-contract processes used in printing and packing products.
2. Create and maintain most accurate cost benchmarks for commonly used material.
3. Review and fill cost estimate worksheets.
4. Review and finalize all purchase order details, ensure quantities are in line.
5. Research for new material suppliers and new material supply methods.
6. Work closely with Production and Supply Chain to optimize material receiving dates.
7. Track the Actual Material Scrap Rate and place orders with most accurate quantities.
8. Initiate improved material buying strategies for maximum purchase efficiency.
9. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
1． University or higher
2． Over 3 years of material purchasing work experience in printing and packaging industry.
3． Working experience in an international company is preferred
4． Good communication, computer and English skills
5． Personality Traits: Well organized, Problem-solver, Positive attitude
