1. 大专及以上，工程/工模或者相关类专业；懂英语

2. 4年以上工程或者项目类工作经验；

3. 熟悉产品开发 & 模具 & 注塑 & 工艺 流程 ；

4. 能熟练使用UG/CAD/2D/3D软件进行产品分析；

5. 能熟练使用专业项目管理软件进行项目状态管理, 能够独立完成整个项目的跟进工作。

6. 能熟练使用OFFICE软件进行常规报告的撰写；

7. 诚信/正直/沉稳/细心/热情，善于沟通/勇于决断/个性刚毅，自信/精力充沛/正能量/积极进取；

8.做过模具设计者优先。

主要工作职责：

1. 客户来访接待;

2. 主导所负责项目导入，跟踪各项目生产状态，协助解决各种突发性问题;

3. 和客户/公司领导定期汇报项目状态，寻求支援以减缓风险，提高项目执行力;

4. 协助业务/PMC/QA等部门，以客户为导向，提高客户满意度;

5. 根据总体需求评估，督促PMC部门做好计划和安排;

6. 协助工程/模具/采购等部门进行外购/外协的开发和筛选评估等活动;

7. 负责项目产品合格出货，客人需求样品跟踪、寄样;

8. 客户临时交代的不确定事情;

9. 客户投诉引起的原因调查，及临时以及永久措施实施状态和效果的跟踪;

10. 上级交代的其他事项;

11. 协助主管进行部门事务管理;
