职位描述：
General Manager:

General Manager (GM)
Main responsibilities:
1）Will be an overall head of GSK, with P&L responsibilities.
2) To achieve the targeted top line and bottom line for the business.
3) Expected to guide the management of Symphony Limited about the opportunities for GSK (mainly at China) and help formulate short term and mid-term goals for the company for top line as well as bottom line.
4) All the functional managers (including Domestic IC sales Director, Domestic HC sales Director, Customer Support, International Sales Manager, Operations Manager, QA Manager, HR & Admin Manager cum Legal Representative, Finance Manager, and, Product Development and Engineering Manager) will report to GM.
5) Based upon the business growth and strategies, from time to time, GM will also need to refine the organization structure and the team, under consultation from Symphony Limited.
6) Manage the maintenance, growth and consolidation of the infrastructure, and, the fixed assets from time to time.
7) Further, since at group level - owing to accumulated industry and product expertise over years - the Symphony India will continue to provide guidance about the systems and procedures, technologies, policies etc. to GSK, and,
8) Be responsible to suitably implement the same at GSK through his team. Symphony India will also guide about basic MIS (for all the functions, and, including financial reports) in order to monitor the effectiveness of various functions, the General Manager 9) Be responsible not only for arranging the timely reports, but also for his inputs for continuous improvement in the MIS formats and coverage.
10) Expected to continually enhance the team working, empowerment, and, involvement of the GSK team members leading to high motivation and higher output efficiencies.
11) To run the business of the company with due compliance to statutory and legal provisions of the town/city/province/country and also those stipulated by Symphony Group from time to time. Further, in line with high image of Symphony group acquired globally over the years.
12) Observe and demonstrate a high level of employment ethics and business ethics.
13) Reporting to: CEO located in India
14) Working location: Taiying district, Dongguan, Guangdong, China

Job Requirements:
1) Education: University degree in either business or engineering , MBA is preferred;
2) Solid sales working experience and background in appliance industry;
3）Exceptional leadership skills and a natural instinct for business and management; capable of leveraging his/ her business acumen ，Western-European & entrepreneurial mind-set and business approach to further strengthen and expand the service business;
4) Languages:
Chinese: Business fluent (mandatory)
