Responsibilities:
*Manage a team of mechanical and tooling engineers to develop consumer multimedia and home audio products. Manage the team's workload, performance and capability development
*As the most senior mechanical technical staff and serve as architect of the team to lead the team solve challenging mechanical design problems
*Interface with in-house industry design team and facilitate a constructive ID-ME cooperation
*Set and maintain mechanical quality standard for assigned consumer products
*Lead innovation in mechanical design, process and packaging

Requirements:
*BS in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years sound work experience.
*Excellent people management skill, able to coach and develop mechanical engineers for better design practice and better result
*Proven track record of delivering CE or mobile phone product mechanical design, preferably with audio product experience
*Familiar with the south china CE supply base of tool makers and plastic injection vendors
*Fluent English communication to lead discussions through teleconference with teams around the world
*Good understanding of CE business and be able to execute programs based on commercial priority
