本职位为落实公司采购计划及策略，高效完成分配好的职务工作和相关活动。本职位的一个重要任务是找出表现***的供应商和为多种多样的品牌战略计划和产线目录的公司商业计划提供支持。

基本责任和任务：
? 行动方案的文件表达和指定分配采购计划的时间表
? 建立符合管理目录手册的供应基地
? 优化供应过程以达到最大效率
? 处理信息，行情，提案以及竞标程序的请求
? 和供应质量团队合作评估当前以及潜在的供应商
? 与供应商谈判以达成质量，交货和目标成本的一致
? 和供应质量团队合作驱动部分和工艺资格
? 和许可/采购经理或采购员一起工作保证所有系列产品的供应
? 确认机会并且执行行动去达到高效
? 为业务部门，部门，或满足内部客户的项目提供计划或策略
? 为业务部门部门的财务计划抉择提供建议
? 找到降低花费的方法
? 出席交易展示会发现，采购新产品来为品类经理审核提供建议和指导

基本要求：
? 供应链，商业，工程或者制造的学士学历。
? 纺织品类商品的工作经验
? 熟悉采购供应管理
? 谈判和促成技能；协商和维护网络关系。
? 注意细节的数据分析方法
? 英语及普通话的优秀沟通技能（口头及书面）
? 质量系统及过程的理解
? 项目管理技能

Job Summary
The Sourcing Specialist implements sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the assigned portfolio and associated activities. An important aspect of this role is maximizing supplier performance and supporting the company’s business plan for our product lines under multiple branding strategic plans and categories.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
? Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
? Establishes supplier base in conformance with guidance from Category Managers.
? Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
? Handles requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes.
? Evaluates current and potential suppliers in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams.
? Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
? Drives the parts and process qualification in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams.
? Works with Licensing/Purchasing Manager or buyers to guarantee supply for all portfolios.
? Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
? Provide input to plans and strategies for a business unit, department, or project to satisfy internal client.
? Make recommendations or provide input to the determination of financial goals of a business unit or department.
? Identify ways to reduce costs.
? Sourcing and identify new products from attending trade shows to provide recommendation/guidelines for the category manager's review.
Qualifications
? BA or BS in fields of supply chain, business, engineering, or manufacturing.
? Demonstrated work experiences in soft goods (preferred in feminine mobile device cases/cut & sew laptop/mobile cases & bags)
? Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
? Proven negotiation and facilitation skills; ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
? Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail;
? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); both in English and Mandarin Chinese.
? Understanding of quality systems and processes;
