职位描述：
1.Organization Chart maintain in SAP and presentation in timely and accurately.
 2.Create and maintain all personal information in HR SAP and ” Who is Who” system, excel form” Master data”, provide the report of personal information in timely and accurately.
 3.In charge of SAP Time Management systems and ESS, MSS systems. Collect, create and maintain all of attendance information for whole company. Including but not limited in the administration of leavings, Overtime, error handling and so on to provide accurate reports to managers.
 4.Provide monthly time report for payroll calculation.
 5.Provide monthly Report (DET, HR headcount) and other report if it’s required.
 6.Coordinate with internal and external SAP consultant to solve problems, training other user as a key user.
 7.Support to organize company activities. (outing, family day, team building, annual dinner, and so on.)
 8.Other work assigned by immediate supervisor and managers
其他要求：
1. College degree or above
 2. Major in Human Resources Management preferred
 3. 1 year experience in HR relevant field, SAP HR experience is plus
 4. Good Microsoft, Word, Excel, presentation skill
 5.Good English capability in writing and speaking
