Responsibilities：
1）Lead Area SR team and ensure the monthly, quarterly, yearly SR KPI's fulfillment
2）Responsible for SR capability building, improve and track store service training process, so as to enhance the service capability and improve customer satisfaction
3）Monitor and participate in projects related to retail service, including store service reps performance cell phone platform, MAMA Club,etc，so as to enhance business development.
4）Optimize the SR related process and related policies
5）Timely pay store visit in order to understand market trends and monitor team performance
Learn and understand the WHO Code, China Code, Nestle Instruction and Wyeth Nutrition China Policy and Procedure on the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, as well as comply with business process and code of conduct, strictly adhering to all the requirements of related Wyeth Nutrition Policy and Procedure in development and implelatation of business activities. Meanwhile, actively attend and participate in various forms of code compliance trainings and pass tests
