SUMMARY: The marketing and channel operation specialist on eCommerce team will manage the scheduling and planning of website marketing and promotions to support China eCommerce channels, manage key events calendar. And also responsible of monitoring customer service performance as well as logistic related coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Understand business goals and requirements for each channel and contribute to it by planning events and executing the promotion plans.
? Maintain the site calendar; own the site promotion schedule tracking.
? Coordinate activities from various business partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and QA, among others.
? Owns the documentation, maintenance, and communication of the monthly/weekly promotions delivery schedule; ensure accuracy of the promotions and events as an on-going basis.
? Assess processes and communication methods of delivery schedule, and identify improvement areas. Work with manager to implement change where needed.
? Work and monitor customer service KPIs, lead necessary internal and external coordination.
? Handle the monthly payment with finance as needed.
? Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about brand business processes and systems. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to improve overall efficiency of processes.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:
? Reports to eCommerce Director, Marketing and Channels.
? Supervises contracted channel operation team from outsourced partner.
? Work closely with counterpart of creative team, marketing, merchandising, MDP and IT.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? At least 3 years working experience. 1-2 years+ experience with e-commerce platforms.
? Understands site production process.
? Experience with apparel industry would be highly desirable.
? Experience of customer service management will be prioritized.
? Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and achieve results with third party channel platform owners. Detailed understanding of third party channel sales levers, operations, promotion events and protocols.
? Highly detailed oriented, experience in project management and communication deliverables for multiple projects at any given time. Must be a team player.
