职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Contact Window to customer for all test related items, including test requirement, test plan, test solution and related development, conf-call.
2. Be responsible for the whole test set up and line support;
3. Monitor and drive test yield and through put improvements
4. Reduce test time and lower test costs
5. Issue feedback to customer timely and input ECO on time;
6. Test spare part quotation provider and other cost related activities like NPP following up;
7. Work with development team to analyze and resolve problems
8. Develop test process, test scripts and test plans (for DOS and windows)
9. Reduce the shut down time
10. Work with IT to setup test server and maintain it.
          任职要求：
1. At least 5 years test engineering experience in mobile/computer/wearable product manufacturing 
2. Above university degree, major in electrical or Engineering Technology
3. Skilled in Windows Operation System, better in Android/Linux/DOS/EFI operation system. 
4. Have strong NPI experience.
5. Transfer product knowledge from customer and conduct training to internal team. Assist in test failures troubleshooting.
6. Good in English Communication including read, written and spoken;
7. Good in communication, capable to influence and collaborate in across functional environment;
8. Good in operate testing instrument. (eg: Agilent Power Supply, Power-meter, R&S CMUCMU200, CMW500.)
