NCAB Group is a Swedish corporation with branches in 13 countries in Europe, USA and Asia with revenue of 135 MEUR. The company was founded in 1993 and is today one of the leading PCB suppliers in the European and USA markets. The main part of our products is produced in China, where we have an organisation in Shenzhen comprising 60 people focusing on Factory Management (FM). We are now looking for a high-energy; results oriented Sourcing Manager (SM) to assume responsibility for managing the sourcing team in FM and identify/develop plenty PCB factories in Asia area to support our business fast growing up.

Job description:

As a Sourcing manager, you are responsible for:

Manage and lead the sourcing team to achieve following tasks
1. Always search the PCB supply market in Asia, review and approve a comprehensive list of factories for all sourcing needs to ensure always availability of the best possible factories’ base as well as timely updated.
2. Evaluate factories core competencies and competitive positioning to identify the best potential factories for company using.
3. Develop the best potential factories to be NCAB level to make sure always plenty factories support in our business growing up.
4. Develop the suitable tools for factory identifying, evaluating and developing so that the sourcing team can use in all the sourcing phases.
5. Be involved in all phases of sourcing activities and skills on project management and negotiation strategy that quick delivers against all sourcing needs and achieves sustainable relationships with factories.
6. Approve factories to be NCAB ones by working with cross-functional teams to ensure all the approved factories are the best suitable ones for NCAB business and could be very quickly ramped up.
7. Make sure all NCAB sustainability policy are well implemented to all potential factories in the whole sourcing and factory developing phrases.
8. Analyse PCB industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, always make sure continuity of supply for NCAB business growing up.

Qualifications:

1 At least 8 years working experience in Sourcing/Procurement in which at least 3 years in management position in electronics industries, such as EMS or PCB.
2 High-energy, results oriented person, and self-motived.
3 Excellent communication and management skills, open-minded.
4 Fast and efficient, can work under pressure; team spirit and quick learner,
5 Good office computer skill; carefulness characteristics
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must.
