Job Summary
A Project manager (PM) is the responsible for project implementation, who will manage all the stakeholder’s requirement and ensure the project to be delivered successfully.

Responsibilities:
? Maintain the project quality in the project lifecycle.
? Match appropriate scope with customer needs
? Ensure the project is on schedule and within cost budget.
? Understand clients and stakeholders’ requirements.
? Develop architecture descriptions (models) that communicate to clients and builders with high fidelity.
? Define the fundamental attributes of a system; those which largely determine value, feasibility, cost, and risk.
? Translate client needs into technical terms, which transition smoothly into detailed engineering activities.
? Synthesize satisfactory system concepts to structure ill-structured situations
? Discover common themes from seemingly unrelated bits of data
? Balance short- and long-term needs
? Make decisions on technical problems, lacking a complete technical basis
? Have multi-view representation and hard-soft decision methods.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science or related majors is a must. (Must have)
? 5-10 years (or above) working experience in CIM/ERP management systems. (Must have)
? 3-4 years (or above) project lead/management experience, good in Requirement Analysis, Design, and customer communication. (Must have)
? Strong English communication capability, verbal and written. (Must have)
? Fast and precise response to customer change request. Good customer handling skills. (Must have)
? Have big data project experience is better.
? PMP certification is preferred.
? Good communication skill
? Be a good team player
