Job Summary:
A Solution Architect (SA) guides the definition, development, deployment, and evolution of complex information systems. The SA works with a client to define an information system solution: what purpose it must fulfill, what functions and information it must include, and how it can be realized. While SAs complete much of their work during the beginning stages of a project, SAs are also responsible for ensuring that the implementation of the project follows the architecture and meets the client's needs. The SA does not work alone, but is a member of a project team and shares many responsibilities with the other members of that team. An SA can work on an individual system or systems of systems.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
? Understand client requirements and various stakeholder needs.
? Develop architecture descriptions (models) that communicate to clients and builders with high fidelity.
? Define the fundamental attributes of a system; those which largely determine value, feasibility, cost, and risk.
? Translate client needs into technical terms, which transition smoothly into detailed engineering activities.
? Synthesize satisfactory system concepts to structure ill-structured situations
? Discover common themes from seemingly unrelated bits of data
? Balance short- and long-term needs
? Make decisions on technical problems, lacking a complete technical basis
? Have multi-view representation and hard-soft decision methods.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science or related majors is a must. (Must have)
? Strong manufacture domain, CIM and ERP and others system knowhow (Must have)
? 3-4 years (or above) industry working experience in CIM/MES/BI systems. (Must have)
? 1-2 years (or above) project lead/management experience, good in Requirement Analysis, Design, and customer communication. (Must have)
? 1-2 projects solution architecture (or above) experience. (Must have)
? Fast and precise response to customer change request. Good customer handling skills. (Must have)
? Strong English communication capability, speaking and written. (English ≥ CET 6) (Must have)
? Have LCD/Wafer Foundry MES project experience is preferred
? General skills in other technology, message bus, system integration (Next have)
? Good communication skills
? Have passion of learning
