Essential duties and responsibilities
1. Work with PD to update seasonal Linesheet and BOM in Flex-PLM.
2.Work with brand PD teams to prepare tear down reports for every development milestone.
3.Update and document the outsole mold tracking form for every development stage from factories.
4.Track the override material signing off process at each development milestone.
5.Document and facilitate spec change list distribution.
6.Track and validate all PD invoices and collect all required signatures prior to passing to Goleta for AP/Finance for review.
7.In conjunction with the China Materials Team follow up on material schedule for every development stage from factories.
8.Track and distribute daily package delivery for all PD teams.
9.Work with PD to support and better understand shoe construction, material usage, and other general footwear manufacturing processes.
10.Other duties as assigned by functional manager.
Education/Experience:
- 2 years in college or language school
- Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing a plus
- Computer literate
- Strong personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write and communicate in English
- Ability to work under pressure
