职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
？ Assist strategic sourcing projects.
？ Implement sourcing process and suppliers management
？ Manage sourcing projects and match suitable vendors to corresponding projects
？ Drive the supplier performance improvement in terms of quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness, technical support
？ Identify potential suppliers to individual sourcing project, justification analysis through capability study and benchmarking process and provide sourcing solution.
？ Support global cross function teams on product development, supplier base management, quality improvements and etc.
？ Manage vendor improvement process and improve the vendor support base
？ Price and terms negotiation and RFQ follow-up
？ Manage price, data and analysis.

Main requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree, Major in engineering is preferred
？ At least 10 years experience in sourcing, supplier development, supplier management; familiar with commodity of plastics
？ Familiar with Supply Chain Management, includes Sourcing, Planning, Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering, Production of manufacturing company with MNC exposure is preferred.
？ Good team player, possess strong analytical skill and project management, and with effective in communication
