Job Setting Purpose 岗位设置
1. Advise and supervise division’s CI initiatives;
2. Lead process improvements across branches and regions;
3. Support the branches in CI initiatives and ensure best practice are shared across branches;
4. Host the monthly CI review with all the branches;
5. Conduct yearly CI audit to the branches.
Job Responsibilities职位职责
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead and facilitate the region’s CI initiatives;
2. Host the monthly CI review;
3. Support and supervise the individual branches’ CI initiatives and targets are met;
4. Organize cross-branch CI trainings programs;
5. Conduct annual CI audit to the branches;
Secondary responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with branches on best practice and lessons learned shared;
2. Ensure branches submit on-line CI saving report on time;
3. Support and guide branches through the process of analyzing, trouble shooting, and developing solutions to create sustainable process improvements;
4. Coordinate and oversee CI training efforts that support the process improvements initiatives;

1. 8+ years of manufacturing experience in the areas of operations management and/or industrial engineering, preferred in Automotive industry;
2. 3+ years of CI manager experiences is a plus.

Bachelor (Master is preferred).
Professional Certification 专业证 Six sigma
Personal Characteristics 个人特质/ 核心能力 Core Competencies:
Process-driven; cross-functional;
Good communication skills.
Special Requirement
特殊要求
1. Proven CI experiences, knowledge and skills, Process improvement methodologies (6-sigma, TPM, Lean, Kaizen, etc.) is preferred;
2. Multi-National Corporations Experience;
3. Computer software skills, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project.
