职位描述：
Responsibilities
Strategize and execute integrated communication across portfolio of Lifestyle and Consumer technology media
Liaison, solicit, manage relationship and share feedback/perception with media & influencers
Receive and promptly respond to all press inquiries with an ability to detect & mitigate possible issues, conflicts and disruptions in the business
Monitor media coverage about OnePlus and competition products and activities
Discover new media channels and find creative ways to spread the brand message to a variety of media outlets
Planning, developing and ensuring high standards of quality for all press/ media release stories released on behalf of the organization
Engage a creative agency and leverage all non-paid media, influencers or other strategic platforms to enhance our brand position and awareness
Develop annual communication plan that includes measurable milestones and activity wise expenditure
Coordinate and organize promotional events, speaking engagements and product launches
Design communication mix and ensure internal & external stakeholders are aligned

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar
At least 1 year of professional experience
Fluency in English, written and spoken Exceptional writing and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
A self-starter with excellent time management
A social person with great people skills
Must be passionate about the smartphone industry
Willingness to relocate to Bangalore
