职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Assist walk-in & drop off customers with packaging and key entry.
协助处理所有客户的包裹事宜，将包裹信息输入内部系统
? Ensure collection of payment (cash/cheque) upon receipt of packages
收到货物后，确保运费的回收
? Take pickup call orders routed by centre, respond to customer shipping enquires
从公司电话操作中心获得取件订单信息，答复并处理客户对货物运输的问题
? Generate potential sales leads through import information
通过进口货件信息，挖掘潜在的销售机会
? Coordinate with operations and follow-up with service issues, coordinate with F&A and follow-up with billing issues, sales admin support to retail service rep
与操作中心和财务部进行协调，跟进服务和结算问题，支持快件服务专员的业务发展
? Key entry of all export shipments, audit export data and make necessary corrections
审核出口货物的信息，将货物信息输入内部系统
? Upload shipment data, print reports of all export shipments
打印所有出口货物的报告，将信息上传至公司系统

Requirements:
1、大专以上学历
2、一年以上相关客户服务工作经验
3、良好的客户沟通技能
4、熟练的计算机操作技能
5、英语具备听说读写基本技能 举报 分享
