职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Internally
Coordinate sample requests as needed
Balance shipment arrangement among customers based on AM’s communication
Liaise with local CS among regions
Coordinate with Corning manufactories and SCM for shipment arrangement
System maintenance for order management, shipment arrangement, payment monitor, RMA management and credit release.
Support project assignments

Externally
Collect customer demand for shipment preparation
Collaborate with customers for the related documents/processes initiation
Provide the routine shipping schedule to customers
Follow up with replacement or credit release for RMA
Monitor AR
Visit customers to maintain relationship

Education & Experience
5 years of customer service or commercial experience.
3 years of supervisor experience is a plus.
Minimum college degree and university degree is a plus.

Required Skills
Responsible for coordination and execution OTC (order to cash) management.
Engage and collaborate with Account manager, Engineer and Supply Chain to fulfill customer requirements.

Desired Skills
Commercial operation and Supply Chain knowledge are preference.
Foreign company working experience is preference.
Knowledge of import and export procedures in China

Soft Skills
Potential problem solving.
Financial concept is a plus.
Good command of English.
