Summary
？ 360°consultant responsible for full cycle of business
？ Competitive salary package

Responsibility
？ Responsible for whole recruitment cycle including business development / assignment delivery.
？ Pay a visit and build up close ties to prospective client through meetings and marketing development.
？ Present the solutions according to client’s requirement including contract negotiation, mapping schedule, base analysis and so on.
？ Make full use of the sourcing methods to gather information, research the market via the cold-calling, screening internet and other kinds of techniques.
？ Interview with qualified candidates and provide career advice.
？ Take responsibility for the special recruitment projects as individual.


Requirements
？ Bachelor degree in science or management.
？ At least 2 years experience in related industry, sales or recruiter background would be preferred.
？ Ambitious, result-oriented person with highly motivation in recruitment business.
