Intertraffic is a Mexico city headquartered group with over 20 years of experience in international trade. Through our network of offices in America, Asia and Europe we dedicate ourselves in providing our valued customers worldwide tailored solutions in all the areas of their Import-Export operations and foreign trade activities (Legal Consulting, Sourcing, Logistics, Quality inspections, Customs clearance etc.).
As a subsidiary of Intertraffic, Fiesta Trading focuses on the import and export business between Mexico and China, and also leads the business development of its brand Mario Avocado in the Chinese market.
Job Description:
1.Responsible for the main objectives and plans within his/her function & field and to formulate, participate in or assist the superior in implementing related policies and systems;
2.Supervise company’s sales strategies in various regions;
3.Prepare sales forecasts and budgets;
supervise sales volume in accordance with marketing condition;
4.Manage the sales teams to accomplish sales target;
5.Assist the Sales Director in formulating sales modes, objectives, and budgets;
6.Be in charge of the Department's daily management work and the subordinates' management, direction, training and assessment.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years working experience in food and beverage sales, channel development and management;
- Excellent team building experience, team management ability. Results-oriented, good team coordination and motivation;
- A keen sense of market, adaptability, leadership and the ability to open the market independently;
- Thinking out of the box, good at innovation;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, energetic;
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
