Role accountabilities:
1.Lead development of yearly business plan and annual sales and marketing plan for Shantou and related area for sales via distributors.
2.Deliver annual business plan results from distributor sales against agreed KPIs for Wuhan and related area of Foodservice business.
3.Develop a distributor strategy that is consistent with target channels and geographies, and ensure its consistent execution at regional level.
4.Lead area development of distributor-based channel strategy for China Foodservice.
5.Develop and maintain strong relations with key customers and distributor partners.
6.Lead demand creation activities through the development and execution of effective promotional and technical support programmes.
7.Lead sales staff training and development for regional sales team, building a high-performing culture.
8.Ensure staff have the necessary tools (product/financial) to meet their plan targets.
9.Lead innovation execution (sales) for the region.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors;
2.At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG related senior sales, channel or business management role, preferably B2B;
3.Further 3 years minimum accounts sales experience.
