职位描述
POSITION: Director, Customer Quality DEPARTMENT: Quality
STATUS: Full time REPORTING TO: Tianjin GM/Quality VP, APG
LOCATION: Tianjin Plant in Beichen District BUSINESS UNIT: Tianjin Plant
Team Size: 5 manager plus QA staff, all together 80 staff among 7 plants in national wide
Purpose
Serves as The Company's primary quality representative to customers. Identifies process improvement opportunities that will improve customer satisfaction. Maintains ISO 9001:2000 registration.
Position Functions
? Assesses and enhances customer satisfaction
? Serves as customer advocate
? Facilitates the growth of the quality management system through all other functional areas to meet the growing needs of the business including the maintenance of the ISO 9001/2000 registration
? Work with operations to improve quality control activities and meet product quality objectives
? Works closely with other management team members to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
? Supports the manufacturing team to develop improvements and corrective actions stemming from customer input
Requirements
? Statistics Background Preferred
? Problem Solver
? Hands-on production experience
? DFM/DOE/Black Belt background preferred
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Assembly and Production line experience
? Management Experience
? Experience working with and for Western companies
? PCB Assembly experience preferred
? Connections to our customers (Foxconn, etc)
? Experience negotiating (ex. Cosmetic specs) and solving quality issues with customers and Suppliers.
? Being an Oracle user would be ideal.
? Regularly proofreads and/or reviews documents
? Occasionally travels to locations other than office
Educational/Training Requirements
? An undergraduate technical degree or a business degree with related technical experience required
? Minimum 10 years Quality/Operations work experience
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Ability to secure confidential information
? Advanced skills in MS Office
? Intermediate Internet skills
? Proactive, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and an interactive personal style
? Advanced verbal and written communication skills in the English language
? Advanced skills interacting cross functionally with various departments especially Development, Product Management and Sales; team player
? Advanced skills interacting with customers
