职位描述：
1. Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist - Hardline
2. Purpose Statement:
- Manage PO placement process
- Manage mas production process
3. Report Line: Director – Hardline
4. Main Responsibility:
- Follow up on all the production details and tackle any potential problem with TNA and solution
- Monitor on the production status especially the bulk cutting date to ensure delivery within shipping window
- Follow up any pending logistic issue with both vendor and EI
- Follow up any pending payment issue with both Vendor and US accounting
5. Job Requirement:
- Work Experience – 1 or 2 years’ experience in quality control field in relevant product area
- Education – College or equivalent sourcing or trading major
- Language – Fluently written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Skills - MS Office applications, e-mail, strong communication skills
- Trait –hard working, detail oriented, be able to work under pressure
6. Work Relationship:
- Internal: GSO CM teams, GSO QC Teams, QA team

Brief Introduction of SC Global Sourcing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd

WE SC Global Sourcing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Dec. 2007, which is 100% capitalized by our US parent company Swiss Colony, now it is named Colony Brands. Since the foundation, we have set up our Shanghai organization mostly as 4 teams, admin, furniture sourcing, apparel sourcing, and QC team.

 Besides the admin team which offers the internal service to Shanghai office, the other furniture and apparel sourcing teams provide the sourcing service to our US parent company as follows.
 These 2 teams work with US merchants and designers closely to specify all the products that need to be sourced.
 Source and control suitable vendors which can supply the suitable products and service in long term to our US business.
 Auditing every steps on each product development such as sample, quotation, order follow up, mass production, shipping…
 Accompany the US visitors for meetings, vendor visit, plant auditing, and all related works.
