职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Strategize and execute integrated communication across portfolio of Lifestyle and Consumer technology media
? Liaison, solicit, manage relationship and share feedback/perception with media & influencers
? Receive and promptly respond to all press inquiries with an ability to detect & mitigate possible issues, conflicts and disruptions in the business
? Monitor media coverage about OnePlus and competition products and activities
? Discover new media channels and find creative ways to spread the brand message to a variety of media outlets
? Planning, developing and ensuring high standards of quality for all press/ media release stories released on behalf of the organization
? Engage a creative agency and leverage all non-paid media, influencers or other strategic platforms to enhance our brand position and awareness
? Develop annual communication plan that includes measurable milestones and activity wise expenditure
? Coordinate and organize promotional events, speaking engagements and product launches
? Design communication mix and ensure internal & external stakeholders are aligned


Requirements
? Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar
? At least 3 years of professional experience
? Fluency in English, written and spoken Exceptional writing and communication skills
? Ability to work in a team and independently
? A self-starter with excellent time management
? A social person with great people skills
? Must be passionate about the smartphone industry
? Willingness to relocate to Bangalore
? Past experience within a start-up environment will be a plus 举报 分享
