Accountabilities：
? Develop and implement business plans for PM and for Strategic clients
? Develop relationships with key senior client contacts and manage their expectations
? Identify cost savings and operational improvements across the business
? Work closely with FSG / corporate teams to implement the risk management program and ensure the buildings of best management practices.
? Review regular operation reports from the GCPAM teams for service improvement, risk mitigation and corporate compliance.
? Maintain a positive profile in the community, and introduce new clients to other business lines
? Attract, develop, motivate, coach and guide the team to achieve their targets.
? Execute & roll out best management practices developed by the Regional Team
? work collaboratively with the other PAM teams and business lines within Greater China on business development, client services, talent development, knowledge sharing, etc. for the best benefits of the firm
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience：
? Over 10 years’ experience in Property Management with minimum 3 years at senior management position
? Qualification in property management, property engineering or equivalent
? Experience in managing portfolio and business development
? Demonstrated ability and confidence to communicate with people at all levels, both internal and external
