DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and check in the guests in a polite and professional manner:
Meet and greet employees, guests, clients
Provide assistance with telephone switchboard, and conference rooms/training center bookings
Knowledge of how to access systems for visitor registration and conference room bookings
Prepare regular reports such as weekly visitors list, telephone calls, etc
Issue a security access card and visitor badge to each visitor after verify and record visitor’s ID.
Direct all courier deliveries to use the goods delivery lift
Record no show on booked meeting room reservation
Maintain the meeting room function set-up and user's authorization in e-meeting room system
Contact Tea Lady to provide the beverage service for meeting room users when required

REQUIREMENTS

· University degree
· Fresh people / 1-2 years receptionist experience
· Good interpersonal skills

· Customer satisfaction
· Compliance with client standards and audit requirements

COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIALDESIRABLE

· Team player
· Good communication skills in written and verbal English
· Independent and Self Motivated
