职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Partner portal management
a. Coordinate between user and information provider to update WW or APJ provided information on portal appropriately
b. Check if correct Japanese expression
c. Control hide or show pages based on Japanese business requirement
d. Provide access grant for partner individuals
e. Escalation management from DL Premium Support team and Outsource vendor
f. Single point of contact person for partner portal process
2. Mail delivery management
a. Manage eComm(email delivery process)
b. Manage escalation from BU or Channel
c. Manage escalation from DL team (mail delivery operation) or Outsource vendor (mail contents development)
d. Single point of contact person for any partner information mail delivery process
3. Siebel PRM Profiling management
a. Manage profiling tool
b. Manage escalation from DL (partner account entry operator) and Outsource vendor (User of partner account data)
c. Single point of contact person for any Siebel PRM process
a. Facilitate compliance governance meeting with channel sales, Legal and controllership
1. TPOE score
2. Execute good operation from compliance perspective

Required Skills:
1. 1-2 years or more of working experience in operation
2. Fluent speaking and writing in Japanese
3. Need basic English capability (especially read/write )
4. Strong communication skill (negotiation, logical speaking)
5. High attention to details, quality and accuracy
6. Good for time management
7. Basic knowledge of these topics
1. Contract
2. Sales organization and customer
3. HP marketing policy, SOX
4. OM operation process
5. R&R of other related organization in HP
