职位描述：
Responsibility:
   1.Survey industry new assembly process.
   2.New DP/DA machine evaluation and introduction.
   3.New process recipe development to achieve high quality product and cost down.
   4.Work with objective owner to handle new product DP/DA process.

 

Requirement:

   



1.Master degree in microelectronic science and technology or in material science and technology.
   2.At least 3 years working experiment in assembly house, DP and DA experience are preferred.
   3.English communication skills: CET-6, be fluent both in oral and written English.
   4.Basic knowledge of flip chip and TSV process.
   5.Understanding of assembly process flow & materials
   6.Basic Computer & Microsoft Office skills are required, AutoCAD/Cadence/JMP are preferred.
   7.Be capable of reading SEM/FIB/TEM/EDX results, operating is preferred.
   8.Good communication/team work/planning skills.
   9.Be capable of occasionally over time work and oversea business travel. 举报 分享
