Group Key Account Manager(Walmart)
Role purpose
? Strategy Setting – Set different business strategy for different channels/customers to ensure the continuous business growing for different customers
? Business Management – Manage the business operations of a group of key accounts with necessary professional skills in areas of JBP, Negotiation and Execution Management.
? Sales Result Delivery – Achieve sales revenue/ volume targets and business share in the group of key accounts
? Finance Control – Plan different investment strategy for different customers based on the ROI of each customer. Control the trading terms expense for the group of key accounts
? People Management – Coach, develop and support the key account managers/executives and regional key account managers/executives to well execute the daily management of specific key accounts

Role accountabilities
? Set clear and executable strategies for all key accounts in the group;
? Develop and implement annual business plans with clear strategies to achieve set target;
? Coach and support KA managers/executives and regional KA managers/executives to achieve different KPIs, such as sales target, budget control target and in-store execution target;
? Set investment strategy for different customers to ensure the A&P and GTN budget within planned;
? Coordinate with regional sales team in the management and development of the KA business;
? Negotiate and conclude annual contracts with KA with the best possible terms;
? Well communicate with trade marketing and marketing team for the KA promotion plans and implementing;
? Sales forecast and demand control;
? Maintain customer profiles and continuous flow of information on market condition, sales, competitors’ activities, trade stocks and update performances of key accounts;
? Co-work with trade marketing and marketing team to set standard of merchandising/ display activities for key accounts and cooperate with regional team to ensure the execution;
? Evaluate all kinds of investment for customers and give customers professional recommendations for the mutual business

Qualification and experience
*Education:University degree or above
*Experience:Channel/Account strategy setting
 - Account Planning
 - Budget management
 - ROI calculation and understanding
 - Field sales execution
 - Communication with regions
 - Negotiation
 - People management Coaching Preferred
*Technical/Functional Expertise:Excel & Powerpoint
*Industry Experience:FMCG
