职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Supports china factories commodity strategies by identifying sources and sourcing materials to meet company cost/quality/delivery objectives.

2. Liaison with current sourcing team to develop new resources into supply base
与现在的采购小组合作开发新的资源，加入我们的供应链
3. Proactively manages company exposure to local commodity markets and provides visibility to the impact of market moves on company financial performance
有预见性的开展本地产品市场的开发并根据市场行情变化提供预测以及对公司财务状况的影响
4. Understands and effectively communicates LED lighting business trends that include technology and business footprints of the related materials
了解影响LED灯具业务趋势的相关材料的技术和价格变化并做充分沟通
5. Determines best cost sources of supply from south-China possibilities
在华南地区寻找成本最优的供应商
6. Conducts strategic contract negotiations and establishes purchasing agreements against which the plants will release specific program requirements
与供应商进行策略性合同谈判，并根据工厂的要求订立采购协议
7. Ensures suppliers are meeting TAO’s delivery and inventory targets;

8. Provides sourcing support for all New Product Introduction (NPI) requests;

9. Develops plans to meet annual cost reduction targets;

10. Continually looks for continuous process improvements within the procurement function to maximize ordering efficiency, optimize communication and maintain data integrity

11. Work closely with vendor on both process improvement and quality problems. eg. Provide recommendation on changes to tooling etc.

Requirements要求：
1. Bachelors Degree, - Engineering or Business Management with a minimum of 5 years experience in Strategic Sourcing in a manufacturing company;

2. Rich sourcing experiences in the lighting industry, understands the LED lighting market trend and quality requirement

3. Experience in Mechanical Sourcing is required, with solid component sourcing experience for decorative lightings, such as table lamp, furniture lighting, spot light, wall lamp, pendent/ceiling lamp with various material, glass, plastic, metal with either coating or painting, die casting, CNC aluminum, and any other materials possibly used in the luminaires.
必需有机械采购经验, 有扎实的装饰类灯具零部件采购经验，如台灯、家具灯、射灯、壁灯、吊灯/吸顶灯以及各灯具所需用到的玻璃、塑料、金属（电镀涂层或喷漆）、压铸件、CNC等各项工艺。有电子件采购经验以及无线、Zigbee、蓝牙、IC模组经验者优先；
4. Experience in Electronic Sourcing and Wifi/Zigbee/bluetooth/sensor/IC modules Sourcing is a must;
必须有电子原器件、智能产品的无线/Zigbee/蓝牙/电子传感元件/IC模组采购经验；
5. Proficient in contract language/writing;
熟练掌握合同用语/编写；
6. Self-motivated, who works effectively on his/her own or work in a team;

7. Ability to identify and implement cost savings and process improvements;
