MAIN LOCATION: Wuxi / Shanghai SUBORDINATES:­-

Duties & responsibilities:
? Preparation and initiation of the site at the customer, including necessary tools and material

? Creation of a field service master schedule in cooperation with the project manager at XXX China

? Coordination and supervision of the discharging, unpacking, in-plant logistics and building-up at the site of all scope of delivery including the sub-suppliers (achievement is in the responsibility of the customer)

? Supervision and examination of the machine-tool's connection to the customer's media control

? Schedule control of the assembly and start up progress with the field service master schedule

? Technical and disciplinary coordination of all activities at the customer's site that are in the responsibility of XXX

? Coordination of all interfaces and activities at the customer

? Coordination and supervision of the assembly and start up done by the sub-suppliers

? Communication with the appropriate person in charge and especially with the project manager at XXX China

? Main contact person at the site for the customer and possible sub-suppliers

? Performance of an assembly meeting with participants of the customer and all sub suppliers to ensure a proper coordination of all activities (quantity depended on need, at least once a week, at maximum once daily) including the minutes.

? Creation of weekly report of the site's progress

? Coordination of possibly needed changes of the scope of delivery in cooperation with the XXX project manager, including:
·Communication and Coordination with XXX China
·Inducement of the needed components supply by XXX China
·Acquisition and coordination of possibly needed local suppliers and service providers

? Securing the coordination with the customer concerning adherence of testing strategies for the quality acceptance

? Analyzing the test charts (possibly in cooperation with the application engineer and the quality management)

? Initiating of process customizations and tool optimization to ensure the customer acceptance

? Execution of the final acceptance and ready for production handover to the customer including logging

Qualification:
? Good technical and production understanding and knowledge, Engineering degree is preferred;

? Must have experience with installing the kind of equipment we are building in production industry (automotive, electronics etc.)

? Exposure in international companies (western company) with good English and Chinese language skills

? Leading skills to coordinate our complete team on site

? Good communication skills as local main contact for the customer and to us in English.
