职位描述
1. Be the secretary of CEO, CFO and HRD, cover travel, calendar, meeting, event, convention organization (can be internal and external), visitor reception, etc.
2. Take in charge of the administrative tasks of their departments, including purchasing, and other department related events.
3. Be the manager of General Administration Department. Be responsible to lead the team to provide efficient support to all administrative things, like reception desk, mail receiver, security, cleaning, shuttle bus, property company, etc.
4. Good maintenance to all company's facilities.
5. Bring innovative ideas and making progress in providing more helpful, people oriented solutions to improve people's working satisfaction.
6. Cooperate with SP and other departments on big events and support on the communication within the company with all employees for all topics related to SI in the zone, works in coordination with zone communication team and person responsible for SI communication at Group level.
7. Be responsible for routine report.
1. Organized, creative, quick response and flexible.
2. Very good and strong communication skills, resilient, responsible, good command of English and French.
3. Project leading experience and team management experience.
4. University degree, some experience in communication and GA job.
