职位描述：
Responsibilities:
?Interacting with customers and providing direct technical support.
?Assisting customers in integrating the Customer's products for both aspects: mechanical and electronics.
?Supporting project execution in the deployment and support phases as technical specialist
?Collect customer requirements and communicate project and product requirements.
? Provide support to Sales team members.
This position requires regular travel to France and to customer’s sites: Hong Kong, China Mainland, eventually Japan and Taiwan.

Skills and Competencies:
1. Ideally, FAE with electronic experience in analog design. Schematics, PCB routing, debug. Knowledge in power management with competencies in energy harvesting is a plus, ideally experience in photovoltaic and power conversion such as DC/DC and MPPT.
- Digital electronic basics.
- Drawing and design with a CAD tool in 2D, 3D is desired.
- Programming / embedded
2. Self-managed, multitask, the FAE is able to prioritize his tasks to meet the weekly objectives that he/she is given by the Customer's headquarter.
3. Good customer facing skills; experience of delivering formal technical presentation and support.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Languages:
- Fluent in spoken English and technical
- Mandarin, Cantonese
- French would be a plus
