Job Description:
We aim at hire fresh out and first bounce with 1~2 year working experience who has technology background, with strong business sense and potential to be a future supervisor.
The following will be provided to factory trainee:
•Specific Personal Development Plan
•Cross-department rotation with clear road map(showed below)
•Coach and Buddy.

Job Requirement:
•Bachelor degree above for chemistry, Industry automation, or electrical and mechanical engineering and others
•Good at problem analysis and resolving, and bias for result.
•Business sense for innovation and cost saving.
•Strong communication and coordination capability
